They are three former shareholders of Base Capital and one construction partner—four guys who've been working together for a dozen years. Thomas tells us First Northwest is creeping into the market and getting its feet wet with a 140-unit apartment project in Shoreline and a second 40-unit development in Boise, Idaho.
