Ackerman's Head Of Development Heads To South City Partners

Pat Chesser got a taste of mixed-use that he just couldn't shake. And now Ackerman & Co's longtime development head has departed the full-service real estate firm and joined the ranks of South City Partners.

Pat tells us his work most recently on the Ackerman/Brand Properties JV Stadium Walk in Cumberland whetted his appetite to work on further mixed-use projects. And with South City, he's getting his fill, jumping right into the firm's mixed-use project in Downtown Charleston.
