Ridgeline Taps CBRE To Sell William-Sonoma DC

Faster than you can sauté spinach in a Le Creuset pan, developers of William Sonoma's 1.1M SF distribution center are putting the Braselton project up for sale.

Ridgeline Property Group has tapped CBRE to sell 11510 Lewis Braselton Pkwy, its once-spec distribution center that was recently leased by William-Sonoma for e-commerce fulfillment, says Ridgeline's Mike Gray.

Ridgeline developed it with capital from Hillwood Investment Properties. The kitchen equipment retailer is planning to move into the facility this month. We previously reported here when Ridgeline first went spec on the project.
