A Houston electrical and industrial supplier has come to Atlanta with a distribution center. DXP Enterprises inked a deal for 52k SF for six years at 255 Satellite Blvd, the first time this more than 100-year-old company had a presence here. Jim Barber with M3 Millennium Cos brokered the deal for the tenant while Colliers International's Elizabeth McSweeney brokered for the landlord, James Campbell Co.
