David Shope has rejoined his cousins. The 25-year commercial real estate vet has returned to Cousins Properties, tasked with leasing the firm's newest Atlanta acquisition, Northpark Town Center, the 1.5M SF complex in Central Perimeter. David, of course, was with Cousins for a decade before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 after Cousins sold its third-party service business to the brokerage giant. But David's career also had stops with other storied local firms, including Portman Barry Investments and Faison & Associates, now Trammell Crow.
