Yesterday in Santa Monica

The blinding sunlight coming in on the other side of this audience yesterday at our Bisnow State of Southern California Retail conference was from the sand and water of the Pacific Ocean. Amazingly, this Santa Monica crowd of over 250 remained in their places at the elegant Casa del Mar hotel.And why not? Two panels of illustrious SoCal retail developers and brokers said things, especially in coastal  areas, are looking mighty fine. Note the wicker chairs we provided them—perfect for taking right out to the beach after the program.
