Worldpay Out For 100k SF Plus

Chris White may have just jumped ship to DTZ from Cassidy Turley, but he's already out with a big assignment—finding 100k to 125k SF for Worldpay's HQ along the GA 400 corridor. (Don't they give these guys time to unpack?)

Currently at 600 Morgan Falls in Roswell, the credit card merchant services company's RFP includes 25k SF for an R&D center that could be located independently of the main HQ, he says. At DTZ, Chris (seen here at Zoo Atlanta's My Princess Dance with his daughters Lindsay and Caroline) is leading the Atlanta office staff of 10, including three brokers. His job is now to build the group up as part of DTZ's recruitment goal, he says. And as for deals, Chris hints Worldpay isn't the only big RFP to come out of his firm—there are three others pending of equal size. We'll keep you posted.
