Restoration Hardware is going to wait a bit before restoring its Atlanta RFP. Sources tell us the interior décor retailer will issue a 1M SF RFP for a distribution center in Atlanta. But it won't hit the market until the end of the year, with a delivery at 2016 the earliest. In the meantime, Restoration Hardware—which is starting construction on its flagship Buckhead store in the former ESPN Zone building—rejiggered its distribution operations near Baltimore to serve the Southeast for the time being, a source tells us. (It also probably added a tasteful ottoman.)
