WHITE TO CASSIDY TURLEY

More CRE musical chairs this week. Sources tell us Cushman & Wakefield's  Chris White  is in talks to join Cassidy Turley as its brokerage head in Atlanta. We were unable to track Chris down by press time), but we obtained an email from C&W?s John O'Neill dated this past Monday in which he announced to the office about Chris' departure, saying the heavy-hitting broker was leaving ?to pursue another exciting opportunity within the commercial real estate industry.? We'll keep you posted on this story.
And speaking of Cassidy Turley, we also hear that Richard Courts(right, at an event with Georgia-Pacific?s James Malone) is leaving to work at his family?s firm Atlantic Realty Co. The Courts family, of course, has been one of the  iconic names in Atlanta commercial real estate, famously owning The Hurt Building downtown until they sold it in 2006.
