| Cousins Properties' Thad Ellis (right, with Eastdil Secured?s Drew Barnette showing us that green ties are in this season) notes that Downtown Atlanta is still slower than the other submarkets, with that affecting 191 Peachtree Tower, which is 87% leased. ?We need to be above 90%,? Thad says. But Cousins signed six leases,totaling some 45k SF at Promenade II, which it acquired last year, including expanding Buckley Klein and inking an 11,500 SF lease with Blink, a Gannett-owned digital marketing firm that's new to Atlanta. | ||
