The coronavirus has already had a major impact on the U.S. economy as nonessential businesses in cities across the country, including Atlanta, are forced to shutter for the foreseeable future. These closures have left many temporarily unemployed and struggling to pay rent. In the midst of all this, commercial real estate owners must ask themselves: How should we be navigating relationships with our tenants during this time?

Norman Radow established the RADCO Cos. in 1994 to help improve communities.
