The coronavirus has already had a major impact on the U.S. economy as nonessential businesses in cities across the country, including Atlanta, are forced to shutter for the foreseeable future. These closures have left many temporarily unemployed and struggling to pay rent. In 2005, he founded Cortland Partners, which has been recognized as a National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 Owner and Manager. DeFrancis has spent his career focused on revitalizing neighborhoods through multifamily development and has developed more than 5,000 apartments, including many affordable units.

Norman Radow established the RADCO Cos. in 1994 to help improve communities. From the company’s earliest days, Radow has been focused on redeveloping distressed properties and turning them into neighborhood gems, like the distressed 53-story Atlanta hotel, office and condominium tower that RADCO transformed into the Four Seasons Hotel.
