Speaking of PM Realty Group, we caught CresaPartners' Andrew Waguespack chipping perfectly into a target (okay, so we're noSports Illustrated). The shot won him $200 at last Thursday's PMRG broker luncheon at Holcomb Woods Business Park, a single-story office project PMRG was highlighting to the brokerage community with a BBQ. Andrew recently made a leasing hole-in-one when he helped investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey move to 12K SF  in The Pinnacle in Buckhead (with CresaPartners' Bubba Chrismer  and John Flack; Cousins' Jenny Keppen repped the landlord). Andrew and 120 brokers chipped, putted, and raffled for prizes including iPads, Ping G15 irons, and a weekend at Chateau Elan.
