Andrew Pearson isn't exactly new to Bob Voyles. As Seven Oaks' newest hire, Andrew has actually worked with the CRE veteran at Hines early last decade before Bob left to form his own firm, Seven Oaks Co. Bob just named Andrew director of development andasset management for his firm, which provides management services for Riverwood 100. Andrew just came from Fifth Street Management (a Seven Oaks partner company) after attending Columbia U's real estate masters program in 2010. In his new position, Andrew says he's assisting Bob in both finding potentialacquisitions and build-to-suit opportunities. ?Spec development is not something that we've found great opportunities with, which doesn't come as a surprise,? he says.
