VERINT RFP HITS STREET

They may capture your voice on a phone call, but we suspect a lot of landlords want to capture their regional HQ. Sources tell us Verint Systems has issued an RFP for 80k to 90k SF of space in Alpharetta, possibly leaving its current home at Mansell Overlook 300, which we snapped recently. Formerly Comverse Infosys, Verint makes software that analyzes data-over-phone, faxes, and e-mail and is often used by law enforcement. Cushman & Wakefield's Sam Hollis and Ken Ashley are repping the company in the search. Sources tell us Verint is considering a number of possibilities, including a build-to-suit, but will most likely remain in its existing office space.
