TWO ALLIANCE: "I DO"

We just got word that Highwoods Properties (which has been actively pursuing a noteworthy office stake in Buckhead) is betrothed to Two Alliance Center, the much-watched Buckhead trophy  tower that owner Tishman Speyer put up for sale in March.
 
No word on definitive pricing  for the 500k SF tower (listed with Eastdil Secured), but Tishman Speyer has been hoping for near-record  Atlanta office pricing in the mid-$300/SF range. Officials with Highwoods declined to comment ?on rumor,? according to an email response (aka, we're still waiting for the official wedding invite).
