Transwestern Moving Its Southeast HQ?

We hear Transwestern may be relocating its Atlanta office to bag a marquee-making leasing and management assignment. (Home is where the heart is. But the heart is open to negotiation.)

Sources tell us that Transwestern is in talks with Heitman to take over the leasing and management of 3630 Peachtree tower once the Chicago investor closes its potential record-making purchase. In turn, Transwestern would move its Southeastern regional HQ to the building from Tower Place 100. Transwestern moved into into a little under 13k SF there back in 2010. We previously reported that Heitman is under contract to buy the 425k SF tower for somewhere around $380/SF, which would be the most paid for a tower ever on a per SF basis in Atlanta.
