| Sources tell us that despite the recent tragic shooting by a former security guard at The Proscenium, the Atlanta law firm is still in talks to lease between 60k and 70k SF at the Manulife-owned tower. The firm already signed an LOI at the Midtown building and is currently in space design. Sources also say that Manulife has replaced AlliedBarton (whose employee is accused of shooting three tenants in the building, killing one) with SecurAmerica for building security. |
