TPA BACKFILLS HOLE

Quikrete is the most recent company to lease at 6340 Sugarloaf Pkwy (above), a 103k SF office building that was once the home to Haventrust Bank, which vacated in 2009 along with Stiefel Laboratories. TPA Realty Services helped handle that 26.5k SF lease and bring the space to nearly 100% occupancy. TPA's Peter McGuone and Bryan Heller secured six deals totaling 44k SF in the past year, including First Citizens Bank and Navistar, backfilling the landlord's exposure.
