Tivoli Revives Plans For Piedmont Apt Tower?

Could Tivoli Properties be the next developer to go forth with a high-rise multifamily in the City of Atlanta?

Sources tell us Atlanta-based Tivoli is planning to develop a high-rise apartment tower on its site at 13thStreet near Piedmont Park. Tivoli would develop a 252-unit tower, we're told, and could move forward on the site by this spring. This would be revival of plans that Tivoli had previously announced in 2008. Tivoli was the developer of the condo tower Aqua in Midtown (above), where the company auctioned off the remaining unsold units in 2009. Calls to Tivoliwere not returned as of press time.
