Three More End-of-Year Deals

Straight through the heart of Dunwoody, Arrow Exterminators purchased an office building. Arrow bought 19k SF Dunwoody Center at 5591 Chamblee-Dunwoody Rd in a short sale for an undisclosed sum. The firm will move into 3,000 SF for its Dunwoody branch. RGRE's Ryan Goldstein (here) brokered the sale for Arrow, and RGRE has been retained to manage and lease the vacant space. RGRE's Aaron Karasik also recently helped BizChair ink a 385k SF deal for a warehouse in Mississippi, and also repped Cambridge Builders & Contractors for 10k SF in Palisades.
