| Illinois-based Sherman Residential has purchased (and renamed) its third metro Atlanta apartment community. The company purchased late last month AMLI at Millcreek in Buford, a 400-unit complex near the Mall of Georgia, for $40.5M from AMLI, according to Databank. It has also renamed the project the Preserve at Mill Creek. |
