Here's another Norcross-area apartment complex that has traded hands. CBRE brokered the sale of Champions Apartments, a 252-unit complex off Graves Road, to Atlanta-based MESA Capital Partners for $10.6M. CBRE's Brad Simmel, Shea Campbell, andKevin Geiger repped the seller, Eaton Vance Management. Also a champion: whomever manicures their lawn.
