Speaking of  sub sandwiches, we also spoke with a Jersey Mike's competitor—Firehouse Sub's CEO Don Fox, who says the company plans to unroll another 30 restaurants  in metro Atlanta over the next five to seven years. It's 1,800 SF eateries need 20,000 people within three miles earning at least $35k annually. It's marketing blitz here has also helped push store volume from $10k to $50k/week.
