The team behind The Team: JLL's Dave Demarest, Brannan Moss, and Josh Hirsh are the ones helping the Atlanta Braves move from Downtown Atlanta to Cobb County. (Hopefully they don't have to carry all the bats themselves.)
Here's Josh. Sources say the trio was responsible for helping select the site and negotiate its purchase for the team, and it'll continue to help the organization throughout its development (assuming this is a done deal). Calls to the team went unanswered by press time.The three have been attached to big deals in recent years. Dave is heading up the work of reevaluating NCR's HQ here in Duluth (as we reported last week).
