Asian, particularly Chinese money is coming into the US CRE market and ?Atlanta is one of the top destinations for that capital,? says Zeb Bradford, senior managing director for Metzler, also a panelist. Zeb (right) made the comments at the CREW Atlanta September luncheon at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center in Midtown last week. He told how financial instability abroad, especially with the euro (i.e., the reason your Greek vacation costs less that a meal at Taverna Plaka), is drawing money back into domestic real estate.
