| Novelis continues to beef up its corporate presence here in Atlanta, this time with a research and development division. |
| The company announced just this morning that it's leasing an R&D center in Kennesaw, the hub of its international R&D network, which includes facilities in Canada, Germany, Luxembourg, and Korea. Novelis will employ up to 150 scientists and technologists over the next few years after the facility opens next summer. This comes on the heels of the aluminum maker moving its HQ to Atlanta, taking its corporate space at Two Alliance Center (seen here). We hear Jones Lang LaSalle's Rob Metcalf handled Novelis' deal. |
