| Piedmont Office Realty Trust purchased the Medici building in the Piazza at Paces out of foreclosure. The 152k SF office building in the Buckhead mixed-use development was sold for $13.2M and is the former HQ for Silverton Bank, which was taken over by the FDIC in 2009. Now at 15% leased, Piedmont tasked Carter's Glenn Kolker to lease the property. Piedmont's Wil Stone brokered the sale for his company. | |
