The Brookwood Condos For Sale (again)

More than a year ago, owners of The Brookwood hosted Buckhead neighbors for a BBQ and toured them through contemporary model units, including a penthouse with floor-to-ceiling  views of Buckhead and Downtown. However, before any interested parties could actually buy one, they were taken off the market.
 
Here?s a shot of The Brookwood, which is on Peachtree in south Buckhead. The AJC reports today that units at The Brookwood, along with those at the Atlantic (in Atlantic Station) and Serrano in Sandy Springs, will hit the market again later this month. ST Residential co-owns and manages the properties, which were once part of the portfolio of Chicago-based Corus Bank, which failed last year.
 
 
Here?s Serrano, a 150-unit property on Abernathy Road in Sandy Springs. Wade Hundley, CEO of ST, tells the AJC that condo prices at all three buildings will be ?competitive in the current market.?
