After consummating the 6k SF deal with Fried Rogers Goldberg, Two Alliance Center is approaching90% leased, with 50k remaining. Tishman Speyer's Chris Ahrenkieltells us the 500k SF trophy tower's largest remaining block is 14,500 SF. This will be the second of the new Buckhead towers to fill up after the development cycle began in 2008, behind 3344 Peachtree.
