| Well, lookee at who's turning the Big 5-0! It's Cushman & Wakefield's wunderkind Sam Hollis. Everyone wish Sam a (belated) birthday— he actually celebrated yesterday. Sam tells Bisnow that nothing ?particularly crazy? was done for his birthday. Just an ?unhealthy? meat and potatoes lunch with his partner Ken Ashley. And seated beneath an oversized Steve Penley original, he's also turned philosophical about starting the second half of a century. ?I'm surviving, so I'm still here, and that's a good thing,?
