The Apartment Hunter Has Become the Huntee

Norcross-based RentPath—the main tool for apartment hunters everywhere—is now searching for its own digs. (Sometimes you need to look within, and we're not even speaking figuratively.)

It's issued an RFP for 100k SF, with the possibility that it could move inside the Perimeter. The company has tapped Cushman & Wakefield's John Ferguson and Lawrence Gellerstedt (who declined to comment). RentPath, which operates the Apartment Guide and Rent.com, is currently in 3585 Engineering Dr, a 100k SF office building in Peachtree Corners owned by Rosemont Realty.
