We got Colliers International's research guru  Scott Amoson  on the horn yesterday to chat all things industrial. He just came out with a fairly optimistic report, projecting Atlanta will see more than 3M SF in industrial deals during the second half of this year. And they're the good kind of deals—ones that are coming from outside Atlanta. ?Any time we have new entry and expansion in the market, that just helps the vacancy rate,? he says. Who? In the report, Scott says Lowe's Home Stores, SANY America, and the recent Czarnowski Display Servies deal. And in 2012? ?That's hard to guess,? Scott says. ?I kind of feel like the industrial market will be okay going into 2012. But that's really going to depend on the economic health metrics, including  consumer demand  and  manufacturing.?
