| Kmart (the aforementioned blue light) has renewed and expanded to fill the 226k SF warehouse on Old Dixie Highway. We spoke with Ray, whose team was fresh from repping the discount retailer. He's also fresh from the shock of S&P's US credit downgrade and is still trying to evaluate the impact. While the Wall Street sell-off following Monday's announcement was an emotional knee-jerk, Ray says we'll gradually see concrete reactions. ?It will eventually have an actual effect, as it always does,? he says. ?I haven't heard anybody pull back yet.
