TERRACES LOVES THAT CHICKEN

It's official. As we previously reported, AFC Enterprises, which operates Popeyes  Louisiana Chicken, has inked a 55k SF lease  with Barry Real Estate to  relocate its HQ from Glenridge Highlands One to The Terraces North at 400 Perimeter Center Terrace. The company is expected to move this fall. The names behind the deals at Joel & Granot—Danny Granot  and  Alan Joel (above)—repped Popeyes. (Barry's Andy Sumlin  repped the landlord. Another instant commission.)
