TEAM COCO GOES TO CENTENNIAL TOWER

Sadly, Conan O'Brien won't be hosting a show there anytime soon. But we learned his employer, TBS, has consolidated its offices at Centennial Tower downtown for 115K SF in a 10-year deal. Sources tell us it renewed 75K SF and expanded by another 45K SF at the tower, moving its operations from the American Cancer Society building, also downtown. Dom Wyatt and Tim McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the deal for TBS. Jackson Oats Shaw's Jeff Shaw and Scott Jackson repped the landlord.
