Taylor & Mathis could be going spec on an industrial complex in Buford. (If you end up in Buford, you get to be the first in line for IMAX movies at the Mall of Georgia.)
Taylor & Mathis' Mike Irby confirmed the company may go spec on property off Satellite Boulevard in Buford. In a filing with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Taylor & Mathis state seeks to develop a 402k SF and a 262k SF industrial building on more than 100 acres at 3837 Sudderth Rd. Mike offered little else on plans for the property other than the firm hasn't made a decision yet.
