TAVISTOCKING UP ON ST. REGIS

An Orlando CRE investor has purchased the 151-room St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead and the remaining 30 St. Regis Residences (23 of the residences have previously sold). The terms of the purchasefrom a consortium of partners, including the development team, were undisclosed as of press time. Starwood Hotels & Resorts will continue to manage the hotel. Just last year, the former owner SR Hotel Development Co, refinanced its original loan on the property. Tavistock, founded by renowned British entrepreneur and investorJoe Lewis, developed the Isleworth and Lake Nona Golf & Country Clubs in Orlando and the luxury resort community of Albany in The Bahamas.
