State Farming At Hammond Exchange

We ran into JLL's Kay Younglove(here with Sam Williams), who was probably quietly celebrating State Farm, part two. Kay represents Hammond Exchange, where the insurance giant just inked a 200k SF deal (on top of its massive 400k SF lease at 64 and 66 Perimeter Center East). Kay was mum on the deal, but sources say the company entered into a five-year lease.
