State Farm Doing a Twofer?

Word on the street is State Farm is inking not one, but  two leases in Central Perimeter. (In honor, we're doubling up on everything, too. Debit and credit. Paper and plastic. To be and not to be.)

The deals are 100k SF deal at Three Ravinia and another in  excess of 150k SF at Ashford Perimeter. We reported that State Farm has been eyeing both buildings (here and here). But numerous sources tell us that instead of one tower or the other, the company—which has amassed nearly  1M SF in deals here in the past year—is securing both. Officials with CBRE Global Investors and with Crocker Partners (which just bought Ashford Perimeter) could not be reached as of press time.
