| Remember when we wrote earlier this week about Stag Industrial Holdings buying an unnamed Atlanta warehouse? Well, it's no longer unnamed. (Fingers crossed they named it Industriana Jones.) | ||
| The firm purchased the 408k SF Empire Distribution warehouse at 3755 Atlanta Industrial Pkwy for $11M from a partnership that involves McFarland Partners. Empire, of course, is one of Georgia's few alcohol distributors. NAI Brannen Goddard's Jack Haden, Mike Chambers, and Brad Pope brokered the deal. | ||
| Speaking of the BG boys, the team also helped MAC Partners purchase Atlanta South, a two-building, 84k SF flex property near Hartsfield-Jackson for $7M. The complex's tenants include ITT Educational Services, Asbury Automotive, AT&T, and Roto Rooter (perfect for when AT&T clogs phone lines). Resource Real Estate Partners' Nathan Pramik brokered the deal for the unidentified seller. |
