STACKING UP THE DEALS

Gregg Metcalf is quickly running through all the pens at JLL's relatively new digs in Atlanta. Seen here in a pic we snapped of him with Reznick Group's Kristy Koger  in August, Gregg recently completed two deals in a transaction pipeline he says is ?looking good? for 2010. Gregg repped Stack & Associates in its renewal and expansion to 4.8k SF at 260 Peachtree St. and a new five-year deal for Standard Technology, which leased 3K SF at 191 Peachtree Tower in downtown Atlanta.
