Of the 60 acres the Atlanta Braves are purchasing, 15 are for the new stadium while 45 will be a taxable, mixed-use development (to be created by the Braves and some lucky TBA JV partner). Mixed-use value: $400M. Add that to the $672M for the stadium itself and you have a quite a Phase I (future phases could add another $400M).
