Choate Construction President Millard Choate is providing a variety of choices. The company has built over 50 senior living facilities, totaling $328M nationwide, over the past 15 years. One highlight is the 20-story Parc at Buckhead, a 310k SF tower with 193 luxury apartments, a swimming pool and clubroom, completed in 2007.
