But did they do the transaction at the speed of sound? Sionic Mobile has inked a deal to take 909 West Peachtree St, a  12k SF office building. Invest Atlanta helped the company locate the site, which had been empty for a number of years. And Sionic, which now employs 14 people, plans to expand fast, adding 45 employees this year, and eventually buy the building outright.
