SPEC NOT LIKELY AT SANCTUARY PARK

We spoke with JLL's Clark Gore to dispel rumors that popped up this week. There will be no spec office construction at Sanctuary Park. At least not in the foreseeable future. JLL manages the Alpharetta office park on behalf of JP Morgan, which manages it on behalf of an institutional investor. ?JP Morgan and our team are going to be overly responsible as this is looked at. Speculative development in this market is not responsible,? Clark says. Still, the CRE firm is marketing the land for build-to-suit or possible multi-tenant office development—depending on preleasing activity, of course. ?There are a lot of big [tenants] that are in the market in '11 and '12," Clark tells us.
