| Former Aaron's Rents CEO Robin Loudermilk and Cannon Equities'Dwight Bell have resurfaced plans for two Buckhead Village parcels as new developments: a 175k SF hotel (with 20k SF of ground-floor retail) next to the Buckhead Theater, and a mixed-use office-centric building on a parking lot at 371 East Paces Ferry Rd (up to 175k SF of office and 25k SF retail). The parties attempted to develop these parcels in the run-up to the Great Recession (it's ok to do them now because hotel properties and revenge are best served cold). | ||
| That firm tapped by Robin and Dwight is Skyline Seven Real Estate. We chatted with Ryan Holzer recently (in Las Vegas, poor us). The company has been increasing its third-party leasing business, gaining shopping centers in Marietta and Dallas, Ga. for RPAI. Ryan also says the firm helped Sheri Bryant Accounting lease 21k SF at 139 Ralph McGill Blvd. | ||
