| Dentistry for Children inked a 12k SF deal at Midtown Heights (with Resource Real Estate Partners' Scott DeMyer repping the landlord). We spoke with DfC's Brian Friedman who told us the firm—a merger between Dentistry for Children and Children's Dentistry—will now have 12 pediatric and orthodontic offices with 25 pediatric dentistsand orthodontists. Brian says DfC is looking to expand to 50 locations over the next five years, with 3,000 to 5,000 SF offices spread throughout the Southeast, including Atlanta. |
