SET IN STONE

Granite Properties renewed a couple of sizable tenants  at its Parkside Terrace project recently. We got word that Compliance 360 renewed 21k SF (Colliers International's  Jeff Kelley repped the tenant) and Dickenson Gilroy renewed 11k SF there as well (NAI/Brannen Goddard's Jim Devaney assisting). Both deals were inked for Granite by Cassidy Turley's Glenn Kolker  and  Sonia Winfield. Granite bought the North Fulton office complex last year.
