Who's the post-Post with the most Post? Anyway, we were having lunch at Terminus' Bricktops last week when we ran into former Post Properties CIO Tom Senkbeil and current Post Properties CEODavid Stockert sipping tea and cola. We give them kudos for being great sports about us interrupting them (not just once, but twice) to ask a few questions. Tom told us that multifamily ?is probably theleading sector in real estate today? as more people return to the rental markets. Of course, with Sealy, Tom is doing other real estate sectors as well. But he says he could do some mulitfamily investments on his own. When asked about reports he's interested inbuying The Paces Apartments, he laughed. ?What's that??
