Jacobson Cos inked a 150k SF lease at 7139 Southlake Pkwy, which will serve as a 3PL distribution hub for a “nationally recognized food company that is combining a couple of warehousing operations out of state right here in Morrow,” Doug says. Doug also snagged Devgiri Exports, a rug distributor, into 112k SF at 7137 Southlake Pkwy (here). The company moved its distribution operation closer to its Atlanta HQ, Doug says. Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate's Dave Smith brokered for the tenant. Doug says the recent reconstruction of the Hwy 54 bridge and I-75 Interchange has “increased traffic flow” at intersections “previously plagued by gridlock,” which has hampered landlords abilities to attract tenants out there.
